    Beautifully designed and exceptional place, excellent base for shopping. Nice room, exceptionally comfortable bed and impeccably clean bathroom. A laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar and central heating available. Extremely helpful staff throughout. Excellent location close to several shops. Right by many great restaurants and a well managed private garden. Generally outstanding service with parking nearby.

    We had a very enjoyable stay in this hip new hotel. The room was stylish and fairly quiet with the most comfortable bed and a separate towel and a great bathroom, exceeded all expectations. The property had an excellent position, near a train station.

    The location is fantastic, with Parque del Retiro only a short stroll away, and just around the corner, I discovered good cafes like Bendita Locura, ideal for a quick coffee fix after exploring the city. The hospitality here is great, as the receptionists were helpful.

    When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles. My room was charmingly decorated, very cozy, and I loved the relaxing vibe it had. The bathroom products were high quality, and I appreciated the little box of sweets waiting for me on the bed. I faced a couple of hiccups. The view from my room wasn't ideal, overlooking the street with some direct visibility from nearby buildings. I also encountered issues with the in-room water quality. The filtered water tasted a bit off. Although I requested bottled water, it took some prompting to receive it. Dining was a mixed bag. The chef's skills showed, but a dessert order that I didn't enjoy was charged to my bill initially. Fortunately, they removed it after I asked. The hotel lacked a bustling ambiance, with the restaurant being quite empty . While the stylish decor and the fireplace added a cozy touch, the location felt a bit lifeless. Comedy aside, I enjoyed the hospitality and the comfortable beds, but I hope they can address these small issues to enhance the experience .

    Superb experience. The superior double room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfy sofa. Loved the stylish décor and cleanliness. Breakfast had fresh pastries and gourmet options.
